What is Pressure Cooking & What Makes Instant Pot Different?

Pressure Cooking cooks food using water or other cooking liquid in a cooker with an airtight, sealed lid. Boiled liquid creates steam to create internal pressure. Temperature rises quickly to cook food fast. Steam is released prior to opening lid.
