We have a range of services to support our members during their pregnancy and beyond. Although our health insurance doesn’t cover routine pregnancy and private birthing, there are a number of services that can support you and your family throughout this journey.
Our midwives from our health information helpline are happy to talk to you, your partner or family over the phone so that you can feel comfortable and ready to embrace your pregnancy and parenthood. They may be able to put you in contact with one of our other teams, such as a physio if needed. As a member you’ll also have unlimited access to AXA Doctor at Hand, powered by Doctor Care Anywhere. This service allows you to speak to a GP about your general health over the phone or by video at a time that suits you1. Plus, you’ll have the ongoing reassurance that we’ll be there to support you for the treatment of eligible new medical conditions that begin after you join.
